The object of the order is the successive delivery of:
(a) PART I: Successive supply of polymer in emulsion form and in powder form to support the process
dewatering of fermented sludge.
(b) PART II: Successive supply of ferric (III) chloride — C40.
Successive supply of polymer in the form of an emulsion and in the form of a powder, supporting the dewatering process of fermented sludge.1) Polymer in the form of an emulsion.
Polymer in the form of an emulsion supporting the process of dewatering fermented sludge on presses

(b) The polymer shall be capable of producing the effect of:
• compaction on the tape compactor min. 5 % DM at consumption max. 10.0 kg/Mg d.m.
• drainage on piston presses min. 26% d.m. with consumption max. 12.0 kg/Mg d.m. and leachate quality max.

• dehydration on the decanter centrifuge min. 24% d.m. with consumption max. 11.0 kg/Mg d.m. and leachate quality

(c) Delivery of the product:
• delivery of emulsions in tanks of 1000 dm3, meeting health and safety requirements.

• delivery of the emulsion is to be carried out no later than 5 working days from the moment of notification of the demand
• Expected amount of polymer delivered for concentration per year: 155,000 kg ±10%.
2) Polymer in powder form. Polymer in powder form supporting the sludge dewatering process
fermented on belt presses.
a) Required parameters:
• Viscosity at 25 C: 35-85 [cps]
• Density: ~1,0 [g/cm3]
• Active substance content = 100%
• Adipic acid >=2.5 to <5%
• Physical state: powder
• Colour: white to whitish
• Characteristics: loose
b) The polymer is to enable the effect of: dehydration on belt presses min. 15% d.m. with wear
max. 9,0 kg/Mg s.m.
(c) Delivery of the product:
• delivery of powder in bags of 20-25 kg – a total of 1000 kg on a pallet.
• Frequency of deliveries: each time after the request is requested,
• Place of delivery: Sewage Treatment Plant, Ciepłownicza 7a, 35-322 Rzeszów,
• delivery of the emulsion is to be carried out no later than 5 working days from the moment of notification of the demand,
• Expected amount of polymer delivered for concentration per year: 2,000 kg ±10%
Successive supply of iron (III) chloride – C401) Iron (III) chloride - C40 - used for the process of dewatering fermented sludge on presses
piston for its subsequent drying in a mechanical dryer at the Sewage Treatment Plant in
Rzeszow.
