A Framework for the design and management of technical and advisory services on natural grass sports pitches including, where appropriate, lighting design. Also to include the management of reaserch projects that will include modernisation of existing pitches and provision of new pitches in locations across England. Specific support will be required in developing maintenance contracts and equipment banks for pitch maintenance, including training for club personnel, etc.
