The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality and City of Żuromin.
In the execution of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:
(a) Receiving, transport and landscaping of waste:
- from owners of inhabited properties (collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and collection of waste collected separately – from bags/containers/containers), including collection of bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment in the form of mobile collection in front of the property;
- from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Brudnice, 5 Piaskowa Street, 09-300 Żuromin
b) equipping at least one pharmacy located in the city of Żuromin with an appropriate container for expired medicines;
c)providing a container for the collection of construction and demolition waste at the request of the property owner (single-family/multi-unit housing).
3.1 The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality and Town of Żuromin.

- from owners of inhabited properties (collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and collection of waste collected separately - from bags/containers/containers), including collection of bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment in the form of mobile collection in front of the property;

b) equipping at least one pharmacy located in the city of Żuromin with an appropriate container for expired medicines;
c) providing a container for collecting construction and demolition waste at the request of the property owner (single-family/multi-unit housing).
The list of inhabited properties is annexed to the description of the subject of the contract
3.2 Types of municipal waste covered by the subject of the contract:
(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste
(b) paper – paper waste, including cardboard waste, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste
c) glass – glass waste, including glass packaging waste
d) metals and plastics – metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste
e) bioodpady
(f) ash
(g) furniture and other bulky waste
(h) used tyres
(i) hazardous waste constituting municipal waste, expired medicines and chemicals
(j) waste ineligible as household medical waste resulting from the taking of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,
(k) waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste batteries and accumulators
(l) construction and demolition waste
3.3 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which at the same time constitutes Annex No. 1 to the draft contract
4. EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS ON THE BASIS OF AN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP, IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 95 OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW
Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL Act, the contracting authority requires the employment of persons performing the following activities during the performance of the contract by the contractor or subcontractor (in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Labour Code) performing the following activities during the performance of the contract:
- operation of vehicles adapted to the collection and transport of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste - drivers and employees operating the vehicle and waste collection equipment (equipment operator, loader)
- operation of vehicles adapted to collect and transport municipal waste separately collected - drivers and employees operating the vehicle and equipment for waste collection (equipment operator, loader)
