The tender includes turnkey consultancy in connection with the renovation of façade and windows, installations, sewer and ventilation conditions.

The task is approved by the residents' democracy and includes:

- Post-insulation of facades, gables and light facades.

- Replacement of all windows and balcony doors.

- Dismantling of front walls in apartments.

- Replacement of logs and water installations.

- Establishment of mechanical ventilation from apartments.

- Renovation of external basement stairs.

- Establishment of ventilation from basement and repair of insulation between crawl space and living quarters.

- Renovation of the entire sewer system.

- Establishment of DAR incl. exercise regulation.

The consultant will be responsible for the final design, tendering, AMK P and B, supervision, construction management, resident coordination, handover and 1st year review.

The advice is based on the main contract with at least 5 tenderers, based on EU tenders with prequalification.

The mandatory grounds for exclusion apply in this tender, cf. Sections 135 - 136 of the Public Procurement Act. In addition, the voluntary ground for exclusion in section 137 (1) no. 2 of the Public Procurement Act shall apply. The application will not be considered if the applicant is covered by these grounds for exclusion and the applicant does not subsequently prove its reliability in accordance with section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.
