The contracting authority invites tenderers to submit tenders for the delivery of a complete assortment of white goods and small electrical articles.

The signed contract will include all procurements of products of an equivalent nature to those requested in annex 4, Product and Price Sheet. Nurseries, schools, residences, units for housing refugees, etc. will place orders for single procurements.

It must be possible to order all types of products that the tenderer can obtain within the product groups, not just those stated in annex 4, Product and Price Sheet. The assortment listed in annex 4 is to be seen as the core assortment in the contract. The products are of the same type as those used in private households.

Heat pumps are not included in the assortment, as the contracting authority has a separate contract for these.

We reserve the right to make exceptions from the contract when procuring special products for institutions and for new constructions/renovation/upgrades to buildings. The use of this exception will be based on the contracting authority's judgement.
