This mission is part of the design studies, the rehabilitation of buildings, the accessibility of buildings for people with disabilities or major maintenance operations, as part of the Department's Bim approach (Bim Charter and Bim specifications "common core" in the appendix). It provides technical assistance to the internal project management of the Gironde Department.The studies focus on the following themes:-Building envelope (construction method, insulation, summer comfort, thermal bridges, airtightness);-Ventilation/Smoke extraction;-Heating, air conditioning, solar DHW;-Domestic hot water;-Sanitary plumbing;-Banking systems
