Feasibility and programming studies for the requalification of the Tour du Doubs as part of a group of orders associating Nantes Métropole Habitat (coordinator), Nantes Métropole and the city of Nantes.

The purpose of this study is the requalification of the Doubs tower including the construction of two facilities open to the public (a planetarium and a district outreach facility for cultural and artistic practices) and the rehabilitation of existing housing.

The group will include at least a programmist specializing in ERP (planetarium) who will be the representative of the group, an architect, a technical controller (ERP, IGH and seismic fire regulations), an engineering team (several offices studies or a multidisciplinary design office) to complete the skills: structure, fluids, construction economics, acoustics and environmental quality.
