The procurement includes preventive maintenance and fault correction of sensors in Tekniska verken's facilities.
Purpose goal
The purpose is to ensure service and maintenance of the right quality with high availability to the total number of equipment at Tekniska verken listed in appendix 1 "Object list". The goal is to find one (1) supplier for the entire undertaking that can meet the requirements for service, calibration and spare parts at the right quality, a cost-effective price and with a good level of service.
Extent
The procurement includes remedial and preventive maintenance of sensors in Tekniska verken's facilities. The supplier undertakes to perform service and preventive maintenance of gas analyzers, systems, flow meters, sensors and dust meters. The service must meet current requirements according to the Ordinance (2013:253) on incineration of waste, the Ordinance (SFS 2013:252) on large combustion plants and (NFS 2016:13) the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency's regulations on meter equipment for determining the environmental fee on emissions of nitrogen oxides in Energy production.
The total number of equipment at Tekniska Verken is listed in Appendix 1 "Object list". Appendix 1 The list of objects changes over time and is updated in connection with changes in the Client's facilities. Prior to service visits, the Supplier's technicians shall, in consultation with the Purchaser's responsible staff, go through the list of objects. The supplier ensures that the necessary gases and wear parts are available at each service occasion. If necessary, the Customer shall be able to rent equivalent equipment from the Supplier if existing equipment cannot be used during ongoing service. Estimated volume per year is approximately SEK 2,000,000. The ceiling volume during the framework agreement period including any extensions is SEK 22,000,000. During the term of the agreement, changes may occur based on Group decisions, operational changes, etc. that may affect the need and volume. The supplier is obliged to supply the real need.
Note that the scope of the mission is only estimated and applies unconnected.
No division of contract
The requester places great importance on obtaining a continuous comprehensive solution with a (1) Provider taking responsibility for the entire commitment. Therefore, the requester chooses not to split the contract.
