The subject of the framework contract is the performance of control tests in accordance with the specifications in the service description. The control checks are divided into the following lots:

Lot 3: base layers with hydraulic binders and concrete road surfaces according to ZTV Beton-StB

Lot 5: Bitumen tests according to TL bitumen STB and studies on bitumen emulsions according to TL BE-StB
Lot 6: Joints in traffic areas according to ZTV FuG-StB
Lot 7: Longitudinal flatness measurement with planograph
Lot 8: Longitudinal flatness measurement with a high-speed measuring vehicle with laser beams
Lot 9: Grip measurement with SKM
Lot 10: Road marking

It is intended to award the service described in the service description by means of an open-house procedure.
The framework agreement as part of the approval procedure comes into force for the first time on March 25, 2022 and, subject to the contractual extension option, will end on September 30, 2024. In order to meet the diversity of potential contractors within the framework of the licensing model, any company that meets the eligibility requirements is allowed to join the framework contract on the same terms throughout the contract period.
