The SLRB wishes to be accompanied at the administrative and technical level by a technical expertise office during the various phases of classic projects (acquisition of existing property or land) and turnkey.
The mission consists in analysing the architectural and technical quality of a proposed project with regard to the expectations of the SLRB and the SISP, as well as verifying the quality of the work in relation to the contractual documents annexed to the sales agreement, the standards in force in the Brussels-Capital Region and the rules of the art.
The mission also includes the site monitoring components (with mandate of MO or final buyer), as well as provisional and final approvals/acceptances.

At the monthly level:
1) Administrative and technical analysis of projects
2) Site monitoring in accordance with contractual documents, the standards in force in the Brussels-Capital Region and the rules of the art.

4) Follow-up of the lifting of the remarks mentioned during the provisional approval

8) Site monitoring (as MO for the Development Department)
9) Provisional acceptance
10) Follow-up to the removal of the remarks mentioned at the time of provisional acceptance
