The construction project is the new construction of the technical town hall of Ismaning.
The building has dimensions of approx. 38 x 22 m and extends over 4 floors.
The scope of the present call for tenders includes:
New construction of a roof in steel and wood construction and the expansion of a garbage storage facility under part of the roof.
The roof with a height of approx. 3.2m has an area of approx. 160m2, which
Garbage storage has a dimension of 6.2 x 7.5m.
The scope of the present call includes the following:
Roofing, as well as the garbage storage itself.
Main services:
Construction of the roof consisting of a steel substructure (supports
and beam HEB 220mm, boom IPE 220) with roof construction made of
Cross laminated timber board (12cm) and side upstands.
Creation of the waste storage consisting of a) 3 side walls (h = 2m) on the
larch boards, on squared timbers, one wall larch boards on wooden board, with
four gates, b) a noise-protected inner compartment for a refrigeration unit with
Sliding door and c) the interior partition of bar mesh fences.
