The Municipality of Arnhem wants to enter into a new maintenance agreement for the entire possession of elevators and other building-related vertical means of transport (hereinafter referred to as: elevators) based on performance-oriented maintenance. The services include the following components:

- performance-oriented maintenance, consisting of:

-- preventive maintenance,

-- corrective maintenance,

—— failure maintenance,

—— guidance during inspections,

- (partial) replacements of parts with a value of less than EUR 10,000.00,

- lift release (billed separately).
