The objective of this market is to meet a need for the supply and corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the cryptographic equipment used for the operating and personalization services of the Vitale card.

The services covered by this contract are:

- corrective and security maintenance, both hardware and software, of the HSM (Hardware Security Module, hardware) type PSEX (Safenet Protectserver Network HSM X or Protect Server External X), FW (Safenet-Firmware) and PTKX (Safenet Protect Toolkit) ) available to the GIE SESAM-Vitale today;

- corrective and evolving software security maintenance on the operating FM (Functionality Module) (Vitale specific code embedded in the HSMs) currently deployed;

- development of FM software for personalizing Vitale cards;

- actions to update and support hardware and software, including trips to sites;

- security watch (security patch, etc.) associated with ECs (cryptographic equipment = HSM-PSEX + FW + FM + PTKX);

- monitoring of material developments on the ECs;

- the supply of EC including specific SESAM-Vitale developments;

- trainings on HSM, FW, PTK, FM.

The market is passed in the form of a procedure with negotiation within the meaning of articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3, R. 2142-17 and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161 -20 of the public procurement code.
