This contract concerns the delivery of fuel for motor vehicles to be collected by means of magnetic cards at the service station pumps of one (or more) oil companies open 24/7 in the Brussels region -Capitale and outside of it.

This market is a joint market carried by the Central NPO for home services (abbreviated as CSD) to its benefit and that of the ASBL Center for Services and Home Assistance (abbreviated as CSAD) whose seats are respectively established at 1060 Brussels, Rue Saint-Bernard 43 and 1060 Brussels Rue de Bordeaux 62a.

In execution of the contract, however, supplies will be delivered, partly to CSD ASBL and partly to CSAD ASBL. Fuel cards will therefore be issued under several different customer numbers. Separate billing will be done for each client.

The duration of the contract is 24 months from the date of notification of the contract.

Estimated quantity:

- fuel (petrol and diesel combined): +/- 90 000 l / year,

- cards: 120 cards.

At the time of writing these specifications, the contracting authority is not in a position to define precisely the quantities of supplies it will need. Consequently, the presumed quantities indicated above are purely indicative. They do not bind the contracting authority. Therefore, the successful tenderer can not claim any compensation in case the presumed quantities are not reached.

Deliveries are made at the tenderer's facilities to which it gives access.

The estimated amount of the contract is 240 000 EUR TVAC.

The contracting authority reserves the right not to award all or part of this contract.
