The subject of the contract is the supply of computer and ICT equipment for vocational laboratories in the Technical School Complex in Toruń as part of the project "Your future in a modern vocational school 2" under the Regional Operational Program of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Sub-measure 6.4.3. Investment in vocational training infrastructure within ITI".

1) Delivery of computer and ICT equipment for vocational laboratories in the Technical School Complex in Toruń as part of the project "Your future in a modern vocational school 2" as part of the

Regional Operational Programme of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020, Sub-measure 6.4.3 Investments in vocational education infrastructure as part of ITI".

2) Delivery includes the following products: laptop with office and antivirus software (40 pcs.), desktop computer with office software (16 pcs.), monitor (16 pcs.), keyboard and mouse set (16 pcs.), laptops with office software (16 pcs.), teacher's computer with office and antivirus software (1 pc), teacher's computer set with office and antivirus software (1 pc), 28-29" monitor (2 pcs.), student's computer set with monitor, office and antivirus software (18 pcs.), laptop (10 pcs.), laptop with office and antivirus software (16 pcs.), PCs for the construction/design studio with instrumentation and software (18 pcs.), monitor (18 pcs.), computer set with LED monitor 24 (20 pcs.).

3) The equipment must meet the requirements and standards of user safety and have all the required attestations and certificates on the basis of applicable law, allowing for use in the Republic of Poland.

4) The equipment must be brand new, unused, functional and must not be subject to the rights or obligations of third parties, it must come from official distribution channels.

5) The scope of the contract includes the delivery of equipment to the Technical School Complex in Toruń along with unloading and bringing to the place indicated by the school employee. In the case of delivery of a Computer Kit, Desktop Computer and other elements of the OPZ that require assembly or configuration, the Contractor is obliged to provide equipment that is efficient, complex and ready for operation.

6) The Contracting Authority requires the payment of a tender deposit in the amount of PLN 11749.42 (say: eleven thousand seven hundred and forty-nine 42/100 PLN) in accordance with the rules set out in the Terms of Reference.

5) The scope of the order includes the delivery of the equipment to the Technical School Complex in Toruń, along with unloading and carrying it to the place indicated by the school employee. The contractor is obliged to deliver the equipment in working order, assembled and ready for work.

6) The Contracting Authority requires the payment of a tender deposit in the amount of PLN 3230.93 (say: three thousand two hundred and thirty 93/100 PLN) in accordance with the rules set out in the Terms of Reference.

6) The Contracting Authority requires the payment of a tender deposit in the amount of PLN 707.85 (in words – seven hundred and seven zlotys 85/100) in accordance with the rules set out in the Terms of Reference.

2) The supply includes the following products: RFID programmer (1 pcs), RFID logger (1 pcs), RFID reader (1 pcs), Handheld terminal with inventory software (1 pcs), Mobile terminal (1 pcs). 4) The equipment must be brand new, unused, functional and must not be subject to the rights or obligations of third parties, it must come from official distribution channels.

5) The scope of the contract includes the delivery of equipment to the Technical School Complex in Toruń along with unloading and bringing to the place indicated by the school employee. In the case of supplying equipment that requires assembly or configuration, the Contractor is obliged to provide equipment that is efficient, complex and ready for operation.

6) The Contracting Authority requires the payment of a tender deposit in the amount of PLN 597.40 (say: five hundred ninety-seven zlotys 40/100) in accordance with the rules set out in the Terms of Reference.
