Jędrzejowski County, Włoszczowski County, Jędrzejów Municipality, Oksa Municipality, Imielno Municipality, Małogoszcz Municipality, Nagłowice Municipality, Sobków Municipality, Szodzisław Municipality, Szczekociny Municipality, Moskorzew Municipality, Krasocin Municipality, Kluczewsko Municipality, County Fire Department Jędrzejów and the units listed in Annex No 1 of the SWZ will enter into separate contracts resulting from this procedure for the award of a public contract by means of an unlimited tender for the ELECTRIC ENERGY FOR THE ELECTRIC ENERGY GROUP Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the individual Community/Counties and their organizational units are included in Annex No 1 of the SWZ. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to represent the Contracting Authority and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change to the seller. For the performance of the abovementioned activities, the Contractor shall be granted an appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to SWZ)

The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:

Order — purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ:

The estimated electricity demand between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022 is 13,146 937.00 kWh.

The estimated value of the order between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022 is 6,573,468.50 PLN.

The performance of the activities arising from the power of attorney constituting part 1 of the Designed Agreement (part 4.1 of SWZ), in particular the Contractor obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator to implement the sales contract concluded with the Contractor electricity, the submission of statements of will and the termination on behalf of the Contracting Authority of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), the representation of the Contracting Authority before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the contract for the provision of distribution services.

The Contracting Authority informs that the seller change process takes place for most pre-emptive points once again. For the points of collection with the subsequent change of the seller, the contracts are valid until 31.12.2021, it is not necessary to terminate these agreements, for points with the first change of the seller, comprehensive agreements concluded for a fixed or indefinite period are in force, the information on the periods of termination included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. All points that undergo the retailer change procedure once again have separated contracts for the sale and distribution of electricity. Electricity distribution contracts are concluded for an indefinite period. Details are contained in Annex No 1 to SWZ. Measurement and settlement arrangements in tariff groups B11 and B23 are adapted to the TPA principle.
