The City of Saint-Martin-de-Crau, as contracting authority, constitutes an allotted contract for current supplies and services whose purpose is to enable:

— the deployment of a hypervisor allowing the unified operation of the equipment of safety and technical management systems and IoT;

— the evolution of the video protection system;

— carrying out the work necessary for the deployment of safety and technical management systems for the integration, connection to energy and interconnection of systems through telecom network links;

— the maintenance of existing and deployed systems in operational condition.

Provision and implementation of the software suite necessary for the constitution and evolution of a supervisory system, support:

— security systems (video protection, access control, intrusion detection),

— technical management systems and IoT,

— other systems as needed (security, GTC/GTB, etc.).

Supply and implementation of hardware and software equipment necessary to:

— the operation and evolution of the video management and recording platform (VMS and related applications),

— the operation and evolution of operator stations and image wall,

— the creation and evolution of video surveillance points (cameras and accessories, active equipment and network).

Support:

— work on the deployment of integration equipment (support masts, enclosures, integration, arrays and computer cabinets etc.),

— work on telecom network links (pre-wiring Rj45 and deployment of optical fibres),

— works of connection to energy (electricity grid).
