The aim of the contract is to meet Forsvarsbygg's need for receiving payments for overnight stays in Forsvarsbygg's facilities. The customers are mainly the Norwegian Defence's employed personnel, as well as allied personnel who participate in meetings, courses and exercises.

The assignment consists of 2 separate parts:

— Electronic payment systems.

— Redemption of payment cards.

Tenders can be submitted for one or both parts of the assignment. Tenderers shall submit separate tender offers for each individual part of the assignment.

Booking overnight stays and the choice of payment system/method shall be done in Forsvarsbygg's internet based self-service portal “Basen” (www.forsvarsbygg.no/basen), which is integrated with other trade systems in Forsvarsbygg.

Estimated value excluding VAT for each of the 2 separate parts over 4 years.

Electronic payment system: 680 000.

Redemption of payment cards: 480 000.

Emphasis is put on the fact that this is an estimated value.
