The plot is located on the outskirts of Skørping and is bounded to the east by Skørping Nykirke.

The project will be built as 3 groups of townhouses, all with the same type of accommodation of 105m² and 4 rooms.

The homes are carried out on one level with 3 rooms and large living room, as well as backyard with terrace and front garden with access to depot. In addition, 2 apartment buildings are being built with 33 apartments in total with apartment sizes ranging from 66m² to 106m². All apartments in the apartment buildings have their own balcony, facing west or south.

The building will be built in traditional and well-known materials, such as brick, wood, balconies with glass front and roofing felt.
