The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the general contractual terms between the University of Aix-Marseille (AMU), the CROUS, the CNRS and the ECM and the contractors within the framework of the award of future subsequent contracts relating to rental and maintenance services for containers and household waste collection.
The consultation includes the following two lots:
- lot 1: rental and maintenance of containers and collection of household waste (OM);
- lot nº 2: rental, installation and removal of skips for any other waste.
Applicants can bid for one lot or both lots.
Only one holder is retained per lot.
Rental-maintenance of containers and collection of household waste (OM)The object of the contract is: rental-maintenance of containers and collection of household waste (OM).
This is a single-beneficiary framework agreement with a purchase order placed with no minimum or maximum contractual amount.
The services are described in the technical specifications of the framework agreement and may be the subject of details during the award of future subsequent contracts.
Rental, installation and removal of skips for any other wasteThe object of the contract is: rental, installation and removal of skips for any other waste.
