The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at Ellis Guilford School.

The contract will commence on 1.4.2013 for a period of three years.

This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful contractor also guaranteeing the number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision.

The scope of the contract will include the day-to-day cleaning over 195 days in addition to the holiday and periodic works being carried out as detailed within the contract specification.

A proven track record in cleaning secondary schools will be an essential requirement.

The value of the cleaning contract is around 179 000 GBP per annum.
