As part of official measures by way of substitute performance, the following services are to be provided around the clock on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays:
- opening, locking and emergency protection of doors/gates of all kinds, safes and valuables containers, window locks (e.g. window locks, roller shutters),
- the making of keys of all kinds.
