The Wasserverband Peine, hereinafter referred to as AG, intends to put out to tender the cleaning and optical inspection of the sewer networks in the village of Ilsede.
The performance of the optical inspection shall be fulfilled in the period from - to. The following are to be investigated:
- approx. 7,885 m SW main channel DN 150-300 (approx. 215 pipes); Depth between 1.0 and 4.0 m and
Pipe lengths from approx. 2.0 to 91.0 m - approx. 220 SW main sewer shafts with depths from 0.9 to 4.2 m
- public connection lines on approx. 350 plots with approx. 230 SW house control shafts, connecting cables
shall be inspected from the main channel or a house control shaft. If there is no HR shaft, the pipeline must be examined up to 2 m behind the property boundary.
- approx. 6,565 m RW main channel DN 150-1000 (approx. 185 pipes); Depth between 1.0 and 3.5 m and
Pipe lengths from approx. 2.0 to 110.0 m - approx. 180 RW main sewer shafts with depths from 0.8 to 3.6 m
- public connection lines on approx. 350 plots and approx. 345 lines of road drains
- approx. 3,770 m MW main channel DN 200-700 (approx. 110 pipes); Depth between 1.0 and 2.7 m and
Pipe lengths from approx. 3.0 to 74.3 m - approx. 110 MW main sewer shafts with depths from 0.9 to 2.9 m
- public connection lines on approx. 350 plots with approx. 230 MW house control shafts, connecting cables
shall be inspected from the main channel or a house control shaft. If there is no HR shaft, the pipeline must be examined up to 2 m behind the property boundary.
The following points are also a condition for participation in the competition:
-Reference projects of the last 3 years
-KI-Schein (gepr. Sewer inspector, with at least 3 years of professional experience) or a comparable certificate must be available
-Quality protection Sewer construction Quality marks "R" (cleaning) and "I" (inspection) or equivalent certificates must be available
-Rinsing trolley must be a conditioner for ecological reasons
-The TV inspection of the house connections must be carried out with a 3 D progress measurement (GeoSende or equivalent)
