The tender concerns a framework agreement for the procurement of advanced chemicals. The offering is divided into nine (9) lots divided by product types.
Delaftale 1: Protein oprensning/proteomicsIncluding purification kit, Elisa kit, lysis buffer, ion exchange, desalination, dialysis, extraction, insulation, columns and beads for protein, gel/matrix/resin and buffer, labeling and staining for purification of proteins. Sample preparation for LC-MS or LC-MS-MS analysis. Protein determination kit (concentration).
Sub-agreement 2: Enzymes and inhibitors/substratesThis includes recombinant, restrictive deprivation and ligation, protease inhibitor, enzyme substrate and enzyme buffer.
Delaftale 3: RNA/DNA og PCR/qPCR/RT-PCRIncluding DNA/RNA synthesis kit, reverse transcription, reagents/kit for extraction, purification, amplification (denaturation, annealing, primer, elongation), buffer and matrix and columns and beads for RNA/DNA. Master mix, primer, DNA polymerase and nucleotides, labeling and staining to RNA/DNA. RNA/DNA concentration determination kit.
Delaftale 4: Cloning (all expression systems)Herunder transfektion/transformation reagenser og buffer, vektor/plasmider, plasmid oprensning, klonings kits, CRISPR, RNA-interferens (RNAi).
Sub-agreement 5: Microbiology, substrates and media (plant/yeast/fungi and bacterial systems)Including broths, agar, culture media, media supplements, reagents for freezing/thawing and selection as well as home purchase of biological material.
Sub-agreement 6: Cell culture (cell culture, insect/mammalian cell systems)Including culture media, serums, media supplements, reagents for freezing/thawing and selection, as well as reagents for induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) and purchase of biological material.
Delaftale 7: Elektroforese/blotting (Western/Northern/Southern/Eastern blot, Proteomik)Including gels/membranes, agarose, standards, ladder, application and running buffer, indicator, etc. for gel electrophoresis. Marking (including antibodies) and dyeing to Western/Northern/Southern/Eastern blot, Proteomics.
Sub-agreement 8: Biological buffer solutions, lysic buffer, water and other reagents for molecular methods and cleaningHerunder HBSS, PBS, HEPES, MES, TAPSO, vand, BSA, DTT, ATP, aminosyre, glykosider.
Delaftal 9: Other labeling/staining reagents and antibodiesHerunder antistoffer (primære/sekundære), stainings kit, Rhodamine, Fluo-rescein, Alexa Fluor, Calcein-AM, DAPI, Hoechst, Lucifer Yellow, trypan Blue.
