The assignment involves a digitization of the planning process of our employees via an interactive, integrated and user-friendly planning tool. The planning can be drawn up digitally and this allows our 3250 employees, managers and HR specialists to play an active role. The tool monitors the application of the correct rules of social legislation in the schedule planning.
This digitization ensures an optimization of our planning process, which is reflected, among other things, in a decrease in time spent. In the long term, we also want to offer the planning tool to our employees and managers via an app.
Through the tool we want to have clear counters available for all forms of presence and absence at individual and team level on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. We also expect a smooth and user-friendly reporting of all important information and parameters.
The tool also enables a flawless flow from the final planning to our payroll administration where we do not use time registration.
We also expect support in the roll-out and training of our organization in the use of this tool.
