The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting, timber transport and maintenance of forest roads and tourist equipment, to be carried out in the area of the Konstantynowo Forest District in 2023 – Będlewo Forestry.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting, timber transport and maintenance of forest roads and tourist equipment, to be carried out in the area of the Konstantynowo Forest District in 2023 – Będlewo Forestry.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, timber carriage and maintenance of forest roads and tourist equipment resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

Attachment No. 2.4.2. - a list of items not available for renewal with the help of a planter;

Appendix No. 2.4.3. - information about the pitting of seedlings.

The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Attachment No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions;

Appendix No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Poznań adopted by Decision No. 41 of the Regional Director of the State Forests of 6 October 2022 on the introduction of the "Regional description of the standard of forestry works". Specified in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ, a detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forestry works (activities) is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements making up the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If the action described in the above-mentioned annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The estimated value, which does not include the value of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law and options, amounts to PLN 1,319,837.28 net.
