CONSTRUCTION OF MISSING SECTIONS OF THE WATER SUPPLY NETWORK AND THE SANITARY SEWER NETWORK IN THE GM. LOMANIKI — STAGE I.
The subject of the Order is:
TEST 1 Construction of a water supply network and sanitary sewer network on access to the property located at 12B-12C Army Poznań Street and 14A-14B in the commune of Łomianki (no. ew. 47, 45, 40, 44, 77 within 0005 Łomianki).
Task 2 Construction of a water supply network and a sanitary sewer network by way of access to the premises located at 58-58C Common Street in the Municipality of Łomianki (no. ew. 86/14, 86/18 within Łomianki Dolne).
TEST 3 Construction of a water supply network and a sanitary sewer network on access to the premises located at 33-33A and 35-35A in the municipality of Łomianki (no. ew. 126/9 within Dean Forest and 217 within the Sałpin).
TEST 4 Construction of a water supply network and sanitary sewerage network by access to the premises located at 80-80B and 78-78A in the municipality of Łomianki (no. ew. 640/1, 640/2 within 0005 Łomianki and 358/3 within Łomianki Dolne).
TEST 5 Construction of a water supply network and sanitary sewer network in the access road to the premises located at 140C-140E and 142D-142H in the municipality of Łomianki (no. ew. 91/2 within 0005 Łomianki and 67/41 within Łomianki Dolne).
TEST 6 Construction of a water supply network and a sanitary sewer network on Vistula street commune Łomianki (no. ew. 166/5, 166/7, 166/6, 166/4 within 0024 Łomianki).
TEST 7 Construction of a water supply network and a sanitary sewer network in the access road to the premises located at Wiosenna Street 12-12C in the municipality of Łomianki (no. ew. 493 within 0003 Łomianki).
TEST 8 Construction of a water supply network and sanitary sewerage network on the access road to the premises located on Agawy Street 7-7E in the municipality of Łomianki (no. ew. 458, 443 within 0003 Łomianki).
2. The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction work consisting of:
Construction of the water supply network together with fittings in the above streets and the integration of the built network into the municipal water supply infrastructure in the municipality of Łomianki.Construction of the gravity sewer network and the integration of the built network into the municipal sewerage infrastructure in the municipality of Łomianki.
reconstruction of road and municipal and private road surfaces, after water and sewerage works carried out, to the existing condition prior to the start of works, with particular regard to the land of private owners in accordance with the conditions laid down in the specification technical performance and acceptance of works, relevant permits to occupy the road lane for the relevant streets and in accordance with the requirements of the Mayor of Łomianek for works involving the restoration of roads after water and sewerage works.

Preparation of as-built documentation.
Obtaining an occupancy permit for the built infrastructure.
The Contractor shall, in his own right, prepare and agree with the competent authorities the projects/projects of traffic organisations in time for the construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewerage network covered by this contract (where required).
