1. The subject of the contract are: Deliveries of MEDICAL GLOVES. 2. The Contracting Authority shall divide the subject of the contract into the following parts: 2.1. task No. 1 – Surgical gloves 2.2. Task No. 2 – Diagnostic, rescue, nitrile, vinyl and latex gloves. 3. The Contracting Authority shall not limit the number of parts for which the Contractor may submit a bid. This means that the Contractor may submit a bid for one/several/dozen/several dozen or all parts. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in: 1) Annex 2 to the SWZ, i.e. in the assortment and price form, 2) the contract template – Annex 5 to the SWZ, which are an integral part of the SWZ. The requirements specified in at least one document constituting annexes to the SWZ shall be binding for the Contractor as if they were included in the entire documentation.
