Drinks are served in a number of locations within the City and OCMW Beringen. This also concerns locations under own management and exploitation of associations that are also active in organizing events, for which there is often a need for additional support (mobile tap installations, additional tables and chairs, etc.).

This concerns both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that are served.

The city council wishes to appoint a supplier for the supply of drinks and the necessary standard accessories for permanent use (including glasses, bottle openers, trays, beer coasters, refrigerators and other counter accessories) in the following buildings:

The list of locations is non-exhaustive. Additional locations may be added to the agreement in the future on the same terms. These additional locations will always be located on the territory of Beringen and are always linked to the city or the OCMW Beringen!

Exceptional deliveries to other locations within the city for all kinds of events, receptions and / or activities should also be possible.

The tenderer is deemed to be aware of the local situation by submitting his tender. (a visit on site is possible with a timely request for an appointment).
