The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new truck with a permissible total weight of 26,000 kg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract.

General requirements for the subject of the contract:

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new truck with a permissible total weight of 26,000 kg, structurally adapted to right-hand traffic, left-hand drive, three-axle, driven by an internal combustion engine with a maximum power of not less than 310 kW via an automatic transmission, adapted for off-road driving (including a landfill) in climatic conditions Polish and equipped with a hooklift device for loading, transport and emptying of roller containers made according to DIN 30722. The car is also to be adapted to tow a Wielton PS2P trailer with a GVW of 18,000 kg, used to transport roller containers (not subject to the order).

Required year of manufacture of the completed vehicle: 2023.

Date of manufacture of the incomplete vehicle (chassis): 2022 or 2023

Date of manufacture of the hooklift device: 2022 or 2023

The subject of the contract must be made only of new parts, in a manner consistent with the regulations allowing for use in the European Union and meet the technical conditions set out in the regulations in force in the Republic of Poland.

A vehicle used for demonstration purposes shall not be permitted.
