Delivery of a ticket software for the multi-division house Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt
The Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt (SBF) is the largest municipal theatre company in Germany. They were transferred to the legal form of a GmbH in 2004 (the sole shareholder is the city of Frankfurt am Main) and consist of two artistic divisions: the Frankfurt Opera and the Frankfurt Theatre.
Ticket sales for the divisions and other organisers (e.B DresdenFrankfurtDanceCompany) are controlled via various distribution channels, including an own call centre, advance ticket offices in the theatre and web shops. The sale of the tickets must be ensured by means of ticket software adapted to the needs of the SBF.
This software should have the following non-exhaustive standards:
• Ticket reservation or sale against direct payment and invoice
• Ticket bookings from the seating plan and in the best place procedure
• Payment of the order with the following means of payment: in cash, EC card, PayPal, Paylink, credit cards, system vouchers, gift vouchers, by bank transfer, via the customer's customer account
• Booking and printing of gift vouchers with individually controllable print layout
• Printing of tickets with individually controllable print layout
• Mobile ticketing / integration of public transport (combined ticket) via interface function
• Seamless history of automated cashier billing
• Fiscal cash for the sales software used
• Approx. 50 different fixed subscriptions to the Opera and the Schauspiel Frankfurt as well as various optional subscriptions with approx. 12,000 subscription seats are to be depicted
• A customer account can be set up for the customer. All booking and payment transactions of the customer are mapped via this customer account. The customer can make deposits to the customer account and pay for his orders via the customer account.
• Item management with control of the sale of books, CD, DVD and other merchandise products
• The sale of cards, vouchers and articles in one order is possible
• Purchase on account is possible. Reminders/payment reminders can be created from the system.
• Hall plan editor for creating seating plans for the various venues for use in the ticket system. The preparation is carried out by employees of the SBF.
• Layout editor for creating all used printouts such as cards, vouchers invoices, ID cards, other letters. The preparation is carried out by employees of the SBF.
• The access rights to the software, individual modules or certain functionalities can be administered by authorized SBF employees in this regard.
• Evaluation options regarding the performances (final and in advance sales), visitor and income statistics, subscription statistics (e.B. evaluation of subscription places according to series, discounts, prices, venues)
• CRM module or the possibility to create evaluations for the analysis of the purchasing behavior of the customers, the customer structure, the sales channels
• Royalty settlement on the basis of the currently valid collection of rules of the German Stage Association
• Fee statements by periods, fee types, organizers
• Zahlungsmittelauswertungen
• Export option for the data from evaluations to common text, spreadsheet and database programs
• Import and export interfaces for financial accounting, the Internet, for processing payment transactions (EC, credit cards, PayPal, Paylink, direct debit), for processing transfers (bank details)
• Control of access control to the events using existing scanners
Additional Services:
• The provider provides a data center. The database is located on the servers of the data center, which takes over the operation incl. data backup
• Support services ensure trouble-free use of the ticket system, especially during operating hours Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., outside these hours telephone support (all weekdays incl. Sundays and public holidays) from 10:00 to 20:00 must be guaranteed
• Establishment of two webshops for Opera and Drama Frankfurt for the sale of tickets, subscriptions, vouchers and articles. Linking from the homepages of the Opera and the Schauspiel Frankfurt to the respective webshop
In order to be able to carry out the required individual configurations and the expected performance adjustments over the term of the contract without restriction, the provider must program the software itself (direct provider) or submit a legally binding confirmation with the offer, in which the software manufacturer grants the bidder unrestricted rights of disposal and modification of the software. If the offer does not include this, this leads to mandatory exclusion.
The regulations and measures for data protection correspond to the current GDPR.
