This contract is a service contract (intellectual services). This contract falls under category 06 A of appendix 2 of the law of 17.6.2016 and concerns the renewal and competition of the insurance portfolio and related services.

This insurance services contract is divided into several lots and sections defined in Title 4 and listed below.

Bidders can make premium improvement proposals in the event of subscription to several lots with their company.

The contracting authority reserves the right not to award the contract in whole or in part (certain lots and sections) without this giving rise to compensation for the tenderers.
