The overall performance contract will be awarded according to the competitive dialogue procedure. The technical equipment related to the services is:

- heating installations,

- ventilation and air conditioning installations,

- DHW production installations,

- water treatment installations,

- the installations of GTB, GTC, remote management,

- the installations of the generator set and its peripherals,

- CMMS tools.

The contracts to be awarded include the services:

- item P1g: supply, management and monitoring of gas energy,

- post P2: operation and maintenance of installations and on-call repairs,

- item P3: total equipment guarantee with renewal plan,

- post P6: initial work for energy performance, operating safety, durability of equipment,

- item P9: water treatment - a profit-sharing formula will be implemented on gas consumption, but also on electricity consumption, refer to the RC.
