The subject of the tender is planning services for the implementation of a new building for the Katharinengrundschule in Straelen. In the future, the rooms to be created will be used by the primary school, the open all-day school (OGS) and the reliable half-day school (VHT) in a kind of cooperation. In addition, more space is needed for the school administration, which is to be accommodated in a separate extension.

In the first phase of the realisation of the projects, the planning of the two buildings and the preparation of the building application documents LP 1-4 by a general planner is planned.

In the general planning LP 1-4, the specialist planning for TGA, ELT, building physics and building and room acoustics, statics, fire protection, accessibility should be taken into account.

Subsequently, according to the current status, a general contractor is to be commissioned with the further planning and construction of the properties. However, since a different approach is conceivable here, depending on the result of the planning, the general planning contract provides for the optional commissioning of further service levels up to and including LPH 9 according to HOAI. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of further stages.
