As the owner of the Allerkanal I flood pumping station, the Schönebeck river basin plans to repair and modernize essential modules of the pumping station in order to repair damage, improve operational safety, minimize operating costs and simplify operation and restore automatic pumping operation.
For the execution of the construction project, a drainage of the individual construction sites is required.
The renewal of the inlet structure with wing walls is necessary due to considerable surface damage and cracking in the concrete. In addition, popout occurs on which the lack of frost resistance of the aggregates is due to the lack of frost resistance and thus point-like blasting has occurred.
The ejection lines are to be connected to the pumps, wall feedthroughs and to the newly built inlet structure into the Mittelland Canal. In the case of wall feedthroughs, the missing seal must be supplemented and defective lining pipes must be replaced.
Furthermore, the automatic pumping operation must be restored with the inclusion of the existing system technology and in cooperation with an contractor named by the client.
When renovating the rakes, the securing and re-establishment of the rake cleaning machine must also be planned.
On the pumping station site, the surface fastening is abnormal, this is to be restored analogous to the existing fastening.
The old and partly missing property enclosure is to be completely replaced.
The order is placed in 4 stages.
