Purchase services include:

1. Preparation for press release of poster layouts provided by the contracting authority (in addition to the poster layouts by the contracting authority with the “Children are Children” logo and the contact information of the Adoption and Care Call Line and adapting to the required format) and production of advertising awnings.

2. Submission of the final poster layouts to the contracting authority.

3. The placement of social advertising advertising banners on outdoor billboards and their display throughout the period of service provision.

4. Replacement of worn, damaged posters during the exhibition with new ones for the entire period of service provision.

Location and quantity of social advertising posters on outdoor advertising stands:

1. Vilnius and Kaunas after 5 flatness.

2. In Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys 3 flatness.

3. In the city of Alytus 2 planes.

4. In each municipality of Lithuania, of which at least 30 municipal administrative centres, 1 plane.

5. In the absence of opportunities to exhibit flatness in each municipality of Lithuania, in agreement with the Service Receiver, up to 15% of municipal planes can be replaced by additional planes in other municipalities.

On the highway Vilnius-Klaipeda there must be 2 planes (i.e. 1 plane on the section Vilnius — Kaunas and 1 plane on the section Kaunas — Klaipėda)
