The August-Bebel-Schule is a four-storey building with a basement, ground floor, first floor and attic, which was built in 1898, since then it has been extended several times to the north, in order to be able to be used as a 2-class elementary school today. The old building on the south side from 1898 is a listed building.

The subject of this VgV procedure are the services of the safety and health protection coordination in accordance with BaustellV according to booklet No. 15 of the AHO specialist commission “Construction site ordinance”.

Refurbishment and adaptation of the August-Bebel-Schule, lot 6, safety and health protection coordination in accordance with the building site ordinance

The August-Bebel-Schule is a four-storey building with a basement, ground floor, first floor and attic, which was built in 1898, since then it has been extended several times to the north, in order to be able to be used as a 2-class elementary school today. The old building on the south side from 1898 is a listed building.

The following measures are planned as part of the renovation and adaptation:

- Reinforcement of foundations and renewal of the base in 2 areas,

- Vertical sealing of external walls in contact with the ground,

- Repair of the natural stone facade of the old building,

- ETICS facades (without old building),

- Sun and glare protection, darkening south and east side,

- renewal of roofing, snow guard and rain drainage,

- erection of a photovoltaic system on the roof,

- Restructuring through implementation of the model room program and the outsourcing of the former after-school care center to a new building,

- Noise protection measures on ceilings (absorber grid ceilings),

- Renewal of wall and ceiling coverings or paints,

- partial renewal of doors,

- partial renewal of floor coverings,

- Renewal of the electrical system including lighting (LED) as well as lightning protection and earthing system (without BMA and SIB),

- Renewal of sanitary and heat supply systems,

- mechanical ventilation system in a partial area,

- Renewal of drainage in outdoor facilities,

2.1.4 Preparation of the advance notice and its transmission to the responsible body of the service profile coordination according to BaustellV in accordance with booklet No. 15 Services according to the building site ordinance of the AHO specialist commission "building site ordinance";
