The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services from the owners of real estate residing in the Piekoszów Commune in the period from the date of signing the contract to 31/12/2020, the contract being divided into two tasks;

a) Task No. 1 - collection and management of municipal waste directly from owners of residential properties located in the commune of Piekoszów in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of some waste fractions and levels of mass reduction of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with specific legal provisions in this respect, from the day of signing the contract to 31/12/2020. Collection and management will cover municipal waste collected in a selective manner as well as mixed, arising in households;

b) Task no. 2 - organization, maintenance and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point in the Piekoszów commune together with the management of collected waste in the period from the day of signing the contract to 31/12/2020.
