- proposal for planning and vision of the data literacy program, including the identification of capacities and competences for the different data roles, and the necessary actions for the points detailed in the following points,
- evaluation proposal. The corporate evaluation proposal will be evaluated, including the suitability for the corporate culture (which facilitates the engagement of those evaluated), originality, ease of extraction of KPI,
- monitoring plan. The follow-up KPI proposal and the continuous evaluation plan of the program that allows monitoring the acceptance of the program and the value contributed will be evaluated.
