Part 1 of the order:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection and management of municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Sulmierzyce between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r. 2. The subject of the contract is described in Annex 2.1 to SWZ.
Part 2 of the order:
The subject of the order is the collection and management of waste from the cleaning of squares and streets, waste from containers located on buildings belonging to the Ordering Party (19 locations), waste collected in the market square, waste collected at two sewage treatment plants ( squash waste, sandstone waste) and sewage sludge between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r.
A detailed description of the item of the order for Part 2 is contained in Annex 2.2 to SWZ.
Receipt and development of municipal waste from the Sulmierzyce MunicipalityPart 1 of the order:
1. The object of the order is:
1) Equipment of property owners on which residents reside with unsegregated (mixed) waste containers and selectively collected waste containers (separately glass container, paper and paperboard bag, metal container, plastics and multi-aerial waste, BIO waste container, ash container),
2) drawing up and delivering to each property on which residents reside the waste collection schedule (timetable for the duration of the contract),
3) the collection of municipal waste, i.e. the emptying of containers of municipal waste and its development under the conditions laid down in the Detailed Description of the Object of the Order (Annex No 2 to this SWZ),
4) the organisation of a point of selective collection of municipal waste, including the provision of an employee who, together with an authorised representative, will receive the waste supplied, the equipment of the PSZOK with containers and waste containers, and the collection and development of collected in DISK Waste.
2. In detail, the subject of the order is described in Annex No 2.1 to the SWZ.
3. For Parts 1 and Part 2 of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the abovementioned performance of the contract, since the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended): driving vehicles and loading waste.
The method of verification of the employment of these persons, the authority of the Contracting Authority to control compliance with the requirements associated with the employment of those persons and sanctions for failure to comply with those requirements - the Contracting Authority specified in the proposed provisions of the contract.
The Contracting Authority shall require the execution of the order within the
Part 1 of the order:
1) Equipment of property owners on which residents reside with unsegregated (mixed) waste containers and selectively collected waste containers (separately glass container, paper and paperboard bag, metal container, plastics and multi-aerial waste, BIO waste container, ash container) by 02.01.2022r. (container equipment report referred to in Ad I.I) detailed description of the object of the order by 04.01.2022r.)
2) drawing up and delivering to each property on which residents reside timetable for the collection of waste by 02.01.2022r. (timetable for the duration of the contract),
3) the organisation of a point of selective collection of municipal waste, including the provision of an employee who, together with an authorised representative, will receive the waste supplied, the equipment of the PSZOK with containers and waste containers by 02.01.2022r, collection and the use of waste collected in the PSZOK between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r.
4) receiving municipal waste i.e. the emptying of containers and bags of municipal waste and their development between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r.

The Contracting Authority shall require the execution of the order within the
Part 2 of the order:
1) delivery of containers to the location indicated in the detailed description of the object of the order within 7 working days of the conclusion of the contract,
2) collection and management of waste from the cleaning of squares and streets, waste from containers located on buildings belonging to the Contracting Authority, waste collected at wastewater treatment plants (waste, sandstone waste) and sewage sludge from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022r
