The object of the procurement is the periodic inspections of lifts required by the Elevator Safety Act (1134/2016).

The lifts subject to periodic inspection are listed in the list of lifts annexed to this call for tenders (Annex 2). During the contract period, the Customer has the right to add or remove other lifts from the list of lifts.

It is the service provider's responsibility to ensure that periodic inspections of lifts are carried out in a timely manner as required by the Lift Safety Act. The service provider is responsible for calendaring, planning and carrying out periodic inspections of lifts on their own initiative.
