4.1. The subject of the contract is the systematic collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the Municipality of Wiązownica, in a way that ensures that the municipality achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill.
4.2. The subject of the contract also includes the implementation of educational activities in all primary schools (7 schools) in the municipality of Wiązownica, in the field of proper municipal waste management, in particular in the field of separate waste collection. In grades I-III and kindergarten classes.
Educational activities should be carried out in the spring period (May-June) or in the autumn period (September-October).
4.3. Carrying out a one-time cleaning of all containers during the term of the contract

The subject of the order also includes the carrying out of educational activities in all primary schools (7 schools) in the area of the municipality of Wiązownica, in the field of proper management of municipal waste, in particular with regard to selective waste collection. Delivery to households of bags for selective waste collection:
- green color on glass-120 l,
- blue color on paperboard — 120 l,
- yellow color for plastics, metals 120 l,
- brown colour for biodegradable waste and green waste —120l,
Equipping PSZOK with appropriate containers is the responsibility of the Contractor.
The point is to enable the collection of separately collected waste, in particular hazardous waste, e.g. expired medicines, used batteries, accumulators, fluorescent lamps, paint packaging, electrical and electronic equipment, bulky waste, tires.
PSZOK should be equipped with appropriate containers and containers for selective collection of all fractions should be properly labelled for the respective fractions. PSZOK is located in the wastewater treatment plant in Wiązownica.
The Contractor will equip PSZOK with the following containers and containers:
Kp 7 - worn tires,
Kp 7 - waste electrical and electronic equipment, fluorescent lamps, waste batteries and accumulators,
Poj. 1200 l - expired drugs and chemicals,
Poj. 1200 l - packaging of plant protection products,
Poj. 1200 l - paper, cardboard, plastics, metals.
Construction and bulky waste will be stored in bulk.
It will be the Contractor's responsibility to manage the waste collected from PSZOK in Wiązownica by transferring it for recovery or disposal.
NOTE: Mixed waste cannot be returned to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
Frequency of waste collection from PSZOK - according to the needs for telephone notification, but not more often than 1 time per quarter.
In the municipality of Wiązownica there will be a mixed system (container and bag) for the collection of mixed municipal waste and a bag system for segregated waste.
Segregated municipal waste should be collected in an individual system "at source" in containers or plastic bags intended for this purpose with adequate strength to ensure safe transport from the technical and sanitary point of view. The contractor is obliged to reach the persons generating the waste or to the places of their collection and collect all waste collected in containers or bags.
Collection of mixed and segregated waste from the inhabitants of the commune will be carried out according to the schedule developed by the Contractor selected through a tender and agreed with the Ordering Party with a frequency of one time a month. The Above schedule shall be communicated by the Contractor to the Ordering Party within 14 days of signing the Agreement.
