The subject of the planning is the new construction of the two-tier primary school Blasheim including canteen, teaching pool and gym according to the relevant competition guidelines of competitive gymnastics. The building plot is located in the district Blasheim, Schulstraße 19 in 32312 Lübbecke. The previous and currently used school building is located at the site. This is to be demolished and replaced by a new building. The construction of a teaching pool as well as a sports hall and a canteen is also planned. The new building is to take place during the ongoing operation of the primary school. The contractor must submit a proposal as to how he would continue to operate the primary school as completely as possible. The demolition of the existing buildings is included in the order.
