RheinEnergie AG is a nationwide energy supplier and service provider based in Cologne and the Rhineland region. In order to ensure trouble-free operation (also of the critical infrastructure areas) as well as safety for employees and visitors, continuous security checks are necessary. In order to cover the comprehensive activities in the security sector with the staffing of the central reporting offices and reception zones and gates as well as for the intervention and area and control trips and other tasks around the clock.

The future service provider will independently and on its own responsibility take over the safety and services in the supply or cooperation area of RheinEnergie AG in accordance with the current legal provisions, ordinances, standards and guidelines

The contract generally includes the following services:

• staffing the operational hazard reporting office / security center;

• the protection of the premises, buildings, objects and facilities with regard to burglary, theft, vandalism and fire hazards as well as the maintenance of undisturbed operations;

• creating a safe working environment for employees, customers and visitors;

• ensuring plant safety, occupational safety, health protection, as well as environmental and fire protection and hazard prevention;

• staffing of receptions and the execution of reception services; as well as
