The subject of the services to be provided is the cleaning of the interior of the building and the cleaning of the external stairs in the Federal Institute of Hydrology

Am Mainzer Tor 1, buildings 1 and 2 as well as Kurfürstenstraße 5 to 7, 56068 Koblenz.

The service to be provided includes maintenance cleaning as well as the implementation of basic and on-demand cleaning in the properties "Am Mainzer Tor 1, Geb. 1 and 2" and "Kurfürstenstraße 5-7", 56068 Koblenz

The cleaning work must be carried out professionally so that a perfect cleaning condition is achieved.

The Contractor must comply with the requirements of the relevant occupational health and safety laws, ordinances and the requirements of the employers' liability insurance association when carrying out the work.

Before submitting the offer, the participants must inform themselves about the conditions on site at least one week before the end of the offer period by inspecting the contractual property. A lack of on-site inspection will result in the exclusion of the offer. The contact persons appointed for the inspection are only entitled to provide information on the local conditions. They are not authorised to provide legally binding information on the procurement procedure.

Any official permits required for the execution of the cleaning work must also be procured by the Contractor. The costs for this are included in the offer prices.
