Implementation in the "design and build" mode of the investment task entitled: "Construction of an elevated passage and bicycle crossing in the area of Kolonia Zręby and Kartuska streets"

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation in the "design and build" mode of the investment task entitled: "Construction of an elevated passage and bicycle crossing in the area of Kolonia Zręby and Kartuska streets".

2. The scope of the procurement includes all works, activities and works necessary for the performance of the investment task, including the following elements:

1) I subject of acceptance - preparation of design documentation specifying the schedule of works along with obtaining all administrative decisions or notifications (including m.in. PnB or obtaining a certificate of lack of grounds for objecting to the notification of construction works in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law) necessary for the execution of works;

2) II subject of acceptance – execution of construction and assembly works in accordance with the prepared design documentation;

3) fulfillment of copyright surveillance during the implementation of investments.

In addition, if for the performance of works or works falling within the scope of the contract it will be necessary to perform other activities, make notifications or obtain decisions and permits, the contractor will perform these activities, make notifications and obtain the necessary decisions and permits at its own expense and effort.

3. The Contracting Authority informs that in order to perform the task, it is planned to obtain co-financing from EU funds under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for 2014-2020, Priority III: "Development of the TEN-T road network and multimodal transport" in Measure 3.1 "Development of the TEN-T road and air network" (competition No POIiŚ.3.1/1/22 entitled Safe pedestrian – retrofitting of pedestrian crossings and equipping schools in the field of transport education).
