1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of services for the collection of green waste with code 20 02 01 from public real estate located in the Municipality of Krakow collected in bags and Christmas tree trees and transport of waste to the composting plant located in Krakow at 40 Krzemieniecka Street, as well as the purchase and delivery of bags for collecting green waste and collection of branches according to the indications of the Ordering Party.
2. A detailed description of the terms and conditions of the contract performance is included in Appendix 1 a – 1 c to the Terms of Reference.
3. Place of provision of the service: Municipality of Krakow.
4. Breakdown of the order item into parts:
The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders for individual parts (tasks) with the provision that the Contractor may submit a tender for only one part (task).
Part No. 1 (Task No. 1) covers the area of Districts IV, V, VI, VII.
Part No. 2 (Task No. 2) covers the area of Districts XI, XII, XIII.
