The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the transport of persons by coaches, buses and microbuses, in domestic and foreign transport, and adapted for the transport of persons (urban type) for the purposes of the 15 Military Economic Branch in Szczecin and military institutions and units on the supply of the 15th Military Economic Branch, as described in the subject of the contract, as annexed to the SWZ, and in accordance with the statement of planned passenger transport needs), an annex to the SWZ, which is an integral part of it.

The contractor must carry out the order in accordance with the provisions of law and in particular in accordance with the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (text one. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2200, of late, in accordance with the Act of 15 November 1984, the Law of Traffic (OJ 2015 item 915 and the Law of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 1260).
