The provider of design development services shall be the Vy Group'strategic sparring partner for the development of the Vy Group's design and image as well as assist with management of the current profile. This includes assistance with the following:

- Production and implementation of graphic design, service design, web and interaction design, industrial design, universal design, interior design in public spaces, etc.

- Design and advisory services for the development of new products, services and business areas. The tenderer must be familiar with the requirements for universal design and apply this expertise for all design development. It is important that the tenderer has sustainability expertise integrated as a part of the design development.

The agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need for design and brand image services regarding the development of new and current, services and business areas.
