The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the Commune of Raszyn, organizational units and entities with legal personality within the commune of Raszyn, within the meaning of the Act of 10.4.1997 Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755 as amended .).

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the Commune of Raszyn, organizational units and entities having legal personality in the commune of Raszyn, within the meaning of the Act of 10.4.1997 Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755 from d.).

The scope of the subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity for the operation of buildings, public facilities and street lighting in the commune of Raszyn, i.e. to individual electricity consumption points for the commune of Raszyn, 10 organizational units of the commune of Raszyn and 3 entities with legal personality, i.e. down:

1) the Commune of Raszyn with its registered office in Raszyn at ul. Szkolnej 2a, 05-090 Raszyn (along with street lighting and other uses, specified in Annex 1);

2) the Primary School in Raszyn Cyprian Godebski based in Raszyn at ul. Szkolnej 2, 05-090 Raszyn;

3) School and Preschool Complex in Ladach, with its registered office in Dawidy Bankowe at ul. Długa 49, 05-090 Raszyn;

4) the Primary School in Sękocin Włodzimierz Potocki, with its registered office in Słomin at ul. Wierzbowa 5, 05-090 Raszyn;

5) Kindergartens with Integration Departments No. 1 "Pod Topolą" in Raszyn, based

in Raszyn at ul. Pruszkowska 21c, 05-090 Raszyn;

6) Kindergarten No. 2 in Raszyn "In Stumilowy Las", based in Raszyn at ul. Lotnicza 43A, 05-090 Raszyn;

7) Kindergarten No. 3 in Raszyn 'Wyspa Skarbów', based in Raszyn at ul. Poniatowskiego 18, 05-090 Raszyn;

8) Preschools in Falenty, based in Falenty, ul. Opackiego 44, 05-090 Raszyn;

9) Kindergartens in Sękocin, with its registered office in Sękocin Stary at ul. Sękocińska 20, 05-090 Raszyn;

10) Świetlica Środowiskowej "Świetlik" with its registered office in Rybiu at ul. Spokojna 23, 05-090 Raszyn;

11) Centrum Sportu Raszyn with its registered office in Raszyn at ul. Sportowa 30, 05-090 Raszyn;

12) Gminny Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalnych Eko Raszyn Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Raszyn at ul. Unii Polskiego 3, 05-090 Raszyn;

13) "Centrum Kultury Raszyn" with its registered office in Raszyn at al. Krakowska 29A, 05-090 Raszyn;

14) the Commune Public Library, based in Raszyn at ul. Poniatowskiego 20, 05-090 Raszyn.

In total, the Employer has designated 232 electricity consumption points for: street lighting, roads and public facilities.

Estimated amounts of energy S required during the contract period (12 months) are:

1st tariff C11 - S C11 = 914 042 kWh;

2. tariff C21 - S C21 = 2 547 053 kWh;

3. tariff B21 - S B21 = 1 564 500 kWh;

4. daily tariff C12b - S C12bd = 675 743 kWh;

5. tariff C12b "night" - S C12bn = 1 138 288 kWh.

All energy consumption points are located in the Raszyn commune and are serviced within the scope of distribution by PGE Dystrybucja SA and Innogy Polska Sp. z o. o

The total connection capacity of new PPEs may not exceed 500 kW.

The Employer undertakes to notify the contractor of any changes immediately. Energy supply must be carried out under the conditions set out in the Act of 10.4.1997 Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 775 as amended) and based on the implementing provisions of this Act, in particular related to with the standards of customer service specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on specific conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93 item 623) and contracts concluded with payers - the contract template is attached as Annex 2 to the order description.
